I have to confess that the MTN's SME data share service is one of the most affordable internet data plans that I've seen in Nigeria. Imagine what it means to pay just N1 for 1 Megabyte of data. Well, that's about what the average cost is for the subscriber and it even gets as low as N700 if he buys 75 GB worth of data for N52500.
Well, personally, I prefer going for the 10GB data plan that sells for N10,000 per month as this allows me to have enough data for browsing with my phone as well as my laptop using my phone as a portable Wifi device.
In order to use MTN's SMS data share service, you have to send a request from your phone either by SMS or by USSD.
To use the USSD menu, just dial *461# and follow the steps.
