If you are living in Kenya and would desire a better way to make money from the internet, then Blogging is one certain way and it is no farther than your fingertips.
Blogging has to do with writing and publishing on a website. It has do do with making entries into a web's log. To blog is to add content.

I have written about several ways to make money online in Kenya and to blog is a smart way to do this. As long as you can write, you can blog and make money with it.
Blogging is a growing profession just like banking, accounting or stock trading as it requires skill and ability to conceptualize your work. You don't just blog if you have nothing to blog about and that's why a blogger needs to be knowledgeable about the topics that he chooses to blog about.

How to start blogging in Kenya
To start a blog, there are basic things you need and this includes:
- A domain name
- Web hosting
- Blogging platform like Wordpress, Blogger or Typepad
- The blogger

Once you have all these 3 things, all the blogger needs to do is log into his online account and make his first blog post. Try to write about what people are searching for and what would be useful to the society around you. Your knowledge of your environment can add that uniqueness needed by every blog to make yours a successful one. Make each blog post at least with 200 words and publish it. Try to publish as much as 20 solid blog posts before trying to make money with it

How to make money with your Blog in Kenya
There are lot of even local companies that now use online advertising and monetizing your blog with any of them can help trickle in some dollars for you. You could choose advertising networks like Adsense, Adbrite or even Infolinks to monetize your blog or you could very well sell ads directly and receive your money by bank, Paypal or Mpesa.
It is much easier though for the blogger to make money with his site by just sticking to two or three advertising plans like Adsense and Adbrite and then then paste the ad codes in your blog to make money easily.

There are already a couple of bloggers in Kenya who are making a killing with Google adsense especially and top earners could be making as much as $2000 a month. The least though you need to earn before being paid is at least $100.

Well there is a lot to say about blogging and it can be hard finishing it wit one blog post if you really want me to go into details. All you need to do are;
- Get a domain name
- Set up your blog
- Write on your blog
- Sign up with online advertising networks
- Make money on a pay per click or impression basis
