I just received my infolinks branded Payoneer Mastercard today and it was exciting. It did come by snail mail but it sure has arrived safely.
I had blogged about the Payoneer Mastercard before and for me, it provides 2 great benefits such as ability to use it as a normal Mastercard as well as being able to receive my online income directly from merchants like Infolinks without having to wait for a cheque as well as clearing days.
Once a user makes some money from the internet and is kept in an escrow or cyberspace for something, you can easily get paid when you reach your payment threshold and be able to withdraw it in local currency from Mastercard ATMs around the world.
In case you don't know about infolinks yet, I just want to tell you that they are an online advertising company that offers publishers the ability to make money online from in-text advertising. Infolinks are currently the highest paying in-text advertising network and you could use it in combination with banner and text ads.
Although Infolinks offers other options for paying publishers such as bank wires and cheques, using a Payoneer mastercard saves a lot of time and fees and if you could make at least $1 a day from Infolinks, you could very well cover the fees associated with using a Payoneer Mastercard i your country.
Enough about infolinks, now back to Payoneer's Mastercard, what do I do next?
Well you will need to activate the card after receiving it so that you will be able to start using it and be able to receive payments from anyone in the world.

How to activate my Payoneer Mastercard
The mail came with some instructions and you are require to activate your card in two ways:

1. Online by logging in to Payoneer and entering your pin
2. Offline: By calling their office from your phone.

I think taking the 1st option is much better as it will be more official and save costs on international costs. So here is what I did:

- I logged into my Infolinks account
- Clicked on account and edit payment details
- Selected Payoneer Mastercard as a form of payment and clicked to login to Payoneer and entered my email and password
- Clicked on activate my card after noting that the last 4 numbers matched my physical card
- Entered the 14 digit number
- Entered a new pin like 1234 or anything like you do for your ATM card
- Entered the same pin again
- Clicked on Activate

After I followed the above steps, I got the web response:

My Account / Confirmation
Your card has been activated successfully.
Note: If your new card replaces a previously active card, funds and services will be transferred from the previous card to the new one. Please allow 2 hours for the transfer to complete.
Do not use it unless funds are loaded. Some ATM's will "eat" your card, if you use it without any funds available.

Thank you,
The Payoneer Team.

What this means for my Payoneer Mastercard
Well it simply means that I can start using my Payoneer Mastercard after 2hrs on global ATMs by using my new pin and on the internet by using my 3 digit CVV at the back of the card. But I have to wait until I have funds in my card else it may be seized by some funny ATMs in Nigeria. For no though, activation is complete for my new Payoneer Mastercard.

Final Comments
There are several ways and resellers from where you can get your own Payoneer Mastercard and it may not have to be from Infolinks. The reason I deal with Infolinks is because they would be the ones sending money to my card as I run a publishing service for them. You can order from a couple of other agencies like Limewire, retails stores and so on and withdrawal is not a problem when using a Payoneer card. You also need to know that there is a monthly charge which costs about $4 a month.

Infolinks ads are limited outside USA (not reliable for earning) hence the need of a seperate method to fund payoneer mastercard and do your online transactions, good info

Infolinks is actually my biggest earner after adsense and my site is mostly targeted to local traffic in Africa. I think they are open to even local advertisers and are still growing.
I think if you can make at least $1 a day from infolinks, you can be getting monthly payments into your Payoneer card. Besides, there are several other options for funding the card besides your earning
