Afrinolly now has an app for my Nokia phone

Last time I checked, it happened that Afrinolly didn't have support for Nokia phones then but they do now as they now support a whole range of mobile devices built on platforms like Android, Blackberry, Nokia and Java.

When I have discovered that Afrinolly now has an app for Nokia phones in the form of .jar files. So all you would need to do to install Afrinolly on your Nokia device would be to download and install the jar file.

How to install Afrinolly on your Nokia phone

- Simply go to https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/fansconnectonline/afrinolly/java/2/afrinolly.jar

- Accept and do install

- Install to your Applications folder

Now you can open the app and view trailers of the latest Nollywood movies.

How to start up the app
- Simple go to Applications or wherever you installed the Afrinolly app on your phone.
- Allow it to connect to internet and load new updates
- Click on what you want to watch
Wait for it to download and play

Once you open up the application, you would get to see some stats and updates about the latest movies in Nollywood. You can watch trailers, read a the storyline and get gist about your celebrities.

Afrinolly allows you to watch trailers and full movies
For watching trailers or full length movies, Afrinolly works with Youtube by providing a link to a mobile Youtube site suitable for your phone. You can choose to watch movie or music video trailers or full movies.

Do Movies really download faster?
At times it may buffer and at times it just plays fast. It really depends on your network's connection. If the internet service is fast, then it should load fast on your mobile since you are also using a light version of Youtube. Also, mine was able to load faster due to the fact that I connect my phone to a WLAN connection from Hynet rather than using MTN's gprs or 3G.
