When I say Amazon, you should know I'm talking about Amazon.com and not the Amazon rain forest in South America.

I've been able to buy quite a lot of stuff from Amazon.com and some of them were things I couldn't find in Nigeria or were just too overpriced or unoriginal. Some of the things I've bought includes a laptop, flash drives, batteries, books, DVDs, computer cables and others.

When it comes to online shopping with a debit or credit card, you've never really shopped online until you've shopped at Amazon.com - It is currently the largest online retail shop in the world!

There is practically nothing you can buy online that you can't buy from Amazon. They offer a whole range of products from household items to electronics and fashion.

So what can Nigerians residents buy from Amazon?
Well you can buy anything that is offered for sale there except stuff like kindle digital files and other downloads. You can buy laptops, computers, phones, clothes, jewellery, cards, dvds, Kindle reader and so on.

Shipping restrictions
Buying online from Amazon.com is one thing but getting it shipped to Nigeria is another and so you should know that it is not all items that Amazon allows to be shipped outside the USA most especially to Africa.

Things you can ship directly to Nigeria

DVDS and CDs
Some Tshirts
Books

Things you can't ship directly to Nigeria

Others like laptops, phones, jewellery, clothes, electronics and so on. For this you would need to have a US shipping address at least. So to get other stuff shipped to Nigeria, just get a US shipping address also
