Many Kindle users who bought the latest Kindle Fire HD may have been having some limitations with using their Kindle to access some services that are only available to US buyers. This is most commonly the case if you bought your Kindle Fire with a non-US billing address and credit card. You can simply update your device to access such services by updating your payment options and kindle settings.

Things you would need to do
- Attach A US credit card e.g. VCC to your account
- Change your Kindle settings

How to do it
====================
- Go to amazon.com/manageyourkindle to manage your Kindle settings
- Under your Kindle account, Click on Kindle payment settings
- Under billing method, click on edit
- Add a new credit card which should be a VCC that can be tied to a US address

Now your default 1-click settings will be that card or your default. This would now allow you to shop for Kindle services as if you were a US buyer.

You may also add ad gift card to your account so that when your VCC doesn't go through or gets exhausted, your gift cad balance would then be used to offset the bill.
