This is somehow related to the blog post in this series of How to blog on
making money online and therein I mentioned online advertising as one of the ways to make money with a blog.
What is Online advertising? Well Online advertising is just like traditional advertising on tvs and newspapers but it is different in the sense that the platform used is the internet and is placed on websites.
Online advertising involves the advertiser getting online space to publicize his goods or services with the publisher getting paid for offering such online space or publicity.
When a Blogger decides to use online advertisingIf a blogger should choose to make money with his blog using online advertising, he may have to create a means of getting the ads to start showing on his blog, getting paid for it, keep records of stats which should also be accessible to the client.
The rise of online advertising networks Now with the growth of online advertising, it has become a huge task to do all the tasks associated with managing online advertising and publishing at the same time and this has encouraged the growth of online advertising networks and managers. This has even encouraged large internet companies to also delve into areas of online advertising that for few of them, it is almost becoming a monopoly.
Nowadays bloggers and web publishers no longer have to bother about managing online advertising as all they need now to do is sign up with the existing ad managers and getting paid for it.

Google adsense, Adbrite.com, Text-link-ads.com, Infolinks, Bidvertiser and Amazon.com.
Once you sign up with them, you would be given the advertising codes which you should place on spaces in your blog and this will help you make money on a per click, impression or referral basis.
How to keep making more money with your blogNow that you are already connected with an advertising network and have integrated the codes into your blog's template, it means that the more you blog, the more the ads gets space time and the more money you are likely to make from it. You can't expect to make more money with s fewer blog posts than with many. One thing about monetizing a blog with online advertising is that it mostly depends on your content as the more content you have the more money you are likely to make.
Remember, whatever you put into your blog is what you get out of it.
Tip: To increase you income, try increasing your blog posts especially around popular topics. For instance, if making $1 a day from 50 posts, increasing it to 500 posts may increase your income to $10 a day from blogging.
